Responsibilities
- Manage existing corporate client and manage timely contract renewals
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of hiring solutions according to client’s requirements
- Build strong customer relationships and continuous engagement of existing customers
- Interact with other departments to ensure meeting of customers’ expectation and delivery
- Manage daily forecast sales requirement for major key account clients
- Coordinate resources to achieve company and client objectives through business units
- Analysis of customers’ sales projection/ forecast track performance
Requirements
- Min Diploma in any field or ‘O’ level with 2 years of working experience
- Min 1-2 years customer service / admin coordination
- No experience is welcomed to apply
- Possess excellent communication skills and coordination skill
