CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE ($4000-$6000/AWS/VB)ref: AC

$6K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Ensure and facilitate the proper execution of trades for clients in an accurate and timely manner.
• Play an integral role in the growth and maintenance of real-time foreign exchange trading platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deploy business requirements into the workflow.
• Experience in development work in a team-based environment to deliver live production.
• Understanding all business systems, processes, and procedures.
• Monitor market movements to conduct risk control, oversee customers’ risk parameters and margin exposures and implement measures such as margin calls or forced liquidation when necessary.
• Monitor and ensure clients’ trade activities are always carried out in compliance with internal policies/ guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Perform initial diagnosis and investigation of trade rejection, and troubleshoot any technical inquiries with regard to trading platforms.

Requirements

• Degree in finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of Fundamental and Technical Analysis in the Forex market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
