Location: East
Responsibilities
- Provide case supervision, training and mentoring to the new and current social workers, caseworkers and interns
- Oversee and ensure the delivery of quality therapeutic programs to residents and families
- Provide Casework and Counselling to teenage girls in a Residential setting
- Liaise, collaborate with, and provide information to external partners and stakeholders
- Coordinate and manage all external appointments of the residents
- Assess risks and needs of residents and their families and formulate the Individual Care Plan (ICP) for each resident accordingly.
- Ensure execution of ICP planned action according to goals, in close collaboration with care staff and programs team
- Provide counselling to resident’s family, and conduct restorative work between residents and their families
Requirements
- 4 – 8 years of relevant experience as social worker (grade decided based on years of experience)
- Good knowledge of out-of-home care landscape and community-based resources
- Good leadership skills
- Good time management and prioritisation
