CARGO OFFICER ($3K-$4000/AWS/VB)ref: MT

$4k + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• Manage cargo operations and documentation
• Safeguard product quality and quantity
• Ensure all cargo loading, ex bunker delivery, blending operation and delivery are in compliance with Company work instructions and in particular SS648: 2019, wherever applicable
• Ensure that custody control procedures in respect of cargo storage onboard bunker tanker and cargo movements are duly and properly implemented
• Maintain proper and timely records of inventory in the stock movement logbook and daily ROB report
• Report on any customer complaint or dispute to the Operations Manager immediately and assist in onsite investigation
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Ability to learn and grow with our organization

Requirements

• Certification in Basic & Advanced Course on Bunkering Practices (SS600 & TR 48)
• 1 Year Experience as bunker clerk/cargo officer onboard bunker tankers
• Meticulous, responsible and good follow-through skills
• Willingness to follow Company’s shift duties and stay onboard vessel
