$4500+ AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  West

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM model in accordance with BIM practices and standards from internal and authorities standards.
• Ensure accuracy of the BIM model with design intent, and delivery of BIM deliverables in a timely manner.
• Review models from other parties prior to federation and executed Model health check.
• Assist in preparation of presentation materials for meetings and coordination.
• Responsible for the coordination and control of BIM technical matters, and quality implementation.
• Technical knowledge and understanding of Architecture, Civil & Structure, and M&E.
• Experience in the adoption of the BIM process in infrastructure projects from tender to completion of projects will be an advantage.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in software: Revit / Navisworks Manage / AutoCAD / Civil 3D / Bently Open Building Designer is a plus.
• Flexible and proactive attitude.
