Location: North
Responsibilities
- Responsible for application development, change request, and maintenance support of frontend and backend applications in aviation-related training simulation projects.
- Work with Technical Manager/Lead and other software engineers to design, develop, integrate and test simulation software for aviation-related training simulation program that meets the requirements of national defense and public security forces, training system integrators and experimentation labs.
- Support and/or install, configure and integrate software into the air training simulation systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug real-time software and interfaces
- Maintain and modify existing software for quality assurance.
- Prepare software engineering documentation and Man Machine Interface (MMI) documents.
- Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Software Development Tools used in the industries (e.g. Confluence with Yogi, Git with Bit bucket, Atlassian JIRA with Test FLO and etc)
- Basic Computer Networking knowledge (e.g. TCP/UDP, Unicast/Multicast/Broadcast)
