$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Technology Officer (i.e. on administrative matters including scheduling, claims, logistics tasks).
- Work with respective team leads in areas including (but not limited to) the following:
- Assist in preparation of departmental operation reports to senior management team at pre-defined intervals – for service level review, compliance tracking etc.
- Analyze results and monitor for follow up activities with relevant business stakeholders, ensuring required actions are effected.
- Support various documentation needs for compliance.
- Assist with KYC and internal risk submissions.
- Perform procurement related tasks and payment requests processing, tracking.
- Training needs consolidation, administration.
Requirements
- Diploma, preferably with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and willing to learn other software tools).
- Good communication, eye for details and multi-tasking ability.
- Well organized and able to adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment.
