Location: West
Responsibilities
- Work closely with department head to understand existing operating processes, including working as part of the department to experience their operations.
- Analyze existing operating processes for possible areas to improve process efficiency.
- Suggest viable solutions to enhance efficiency and methods to measure improvements through digitalization and technology.
- Obtain agreement from stakeholders on new processes, and work with the department to implement new process and solutions.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedure Manual based on preferred operating process by department head
- Coordinate and monitor progress of key projects with various departments.
- External stakeholder management (Government, TACs, consultants, etc)
- Work with various department to implement new company wide digital systems to improve business operations.
Requirements
- Min Diploma/Degree
- Willing to learn and meticulous
- Resourceful
- Takes initiative and enjoys problem solving
