Office Hour, Mon-Fri

Salary Range: $6K-$7K + AWS + VB

Responsibilities

Assist Managing Director in Merger and Acquisition (M&A) activities and business negotiations
Involved in research on potential new markets and develop and monitor overseas subsidiaries
•Analysing and evaluating monthly financial statements with developing financial model and valuation
Managing the buy/sell-side due diligence exercises and preparing information memorandum and investment opportunities.
Drive deals from inception to close, perform market analysis, support deal negotiations and coordinate across all departments to finalise transaction agreements
Work with our corporate lawyers to prepare various legal documents such as shareholders’ agreement, share purchase agreement, etc.

Requirements:

Degree holder
Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Knowledge in business or technical field with financial knowledge
Analytical and detail-oriented
