Responsibilities
- Responsible to create and manage Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge, to provide visibility and facilitate decision making.
- To support the Organization on efficiency improvement in operations and processes, through software and existing/new technology.
- Knowledge to perform software programming and interface with existing ERP systems and databases.
- Develop process automation tools to standardize and improve efficiency of the various work flow/processes in the organization.
- Understand the requirement of each departments and develop BI tools such as reports, dashboards and/or systems for the various process owners and management, to meet business needs.
- Create user guides and documentation for the various BI and process automation tools, to ensure usability and maintainability.
- Develop/source and implement new technologies for more efficient and secured business processes.
- Lead, coordinate and evaluate with the various departments, to implement special IT/software related projects identified.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Logistics or Computer Science
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Good working knowledge on data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
