Responsibilities
- Work on multiple aspects of business development including sales, brand management and business expansion
- Actively engage and reach out to high potential buyers and sellers to be part of the company platform and proactively identify new business opportunities
- Co-create business development plan and roadmap and ensure that it is aligned with overall strategic direction
- Support various business development initiatives to ensure it meets company’s objectives
- Develop customer centric initiatives by representing the voice of the client in all initiatives with the aim of providing a positive experience and build long term relationships with our buyers and sellers
- Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to management on progress, roadblocks and solutions to increase customer adoption
Requirements
- Min Diploma / Degree in any Business discipline
- 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar field
- Strong in relationship building and possess interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
