Location: Central
Salary : Basic $3K-$4K+ Commission + Incentives
Responsibilities
- Provide professional consultation on employment market and practices to both clients and jobseekers
- Develop and maintain long-term relationship with customers and address their needs efficiently and effectively
- Initiate regular updates on client’s new orders & enquiries
- Research and analyze on market’s potential industries to identify new market opportunities
- Follow up on new business opportunities and source to identify qualified leads
- Assist to suggest monthly campaigns and recommend various marketing channels
- To meet sales target and achieve commission and monthly incentives
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in any discipline
- CEI certified is a plus
- Min. 1-2 years experience in either Business Development/ Client Service/ Account managing / Indoor sales related
- There is no monthly sales rollover
- No experience is welcomed to apply
- Possess excellent communication skill and customer service
- Proficient in MS Words & Excel
