Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize detailed requirements for application development projects.
- Functional Specification: Create clear and comprehensive functional specifications, including use cases, user stories, and process flows, to guide the development team.
- User Interface (UI) Design: Work with designers and developers to ensure that the application’s UI/UX aligns with business requirements and user expectations.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data requirements, including data models, data sources, and data integration needs, and communicate these requirements to the development team.
- Technical Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, providing guidance and clarification to developers during the implementation phase.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria to ensure that the application functions correctly and meets user needs.
- Change Management: Assist in developing change management strategies to facilitate the smooth adoption of new applications and systems.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with all stakeholders to manage expectations, provide project updates, and address issues and concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Master degree in IT discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
