Building Manager ($6K / AWS / VB) RC

Full Time All April 20, 2023 Building & Construction - Electrical & Electronics Engineering - Engineering

– Salary Range $5K – $6K

– Location: Central area

– AWS / VB

Prepare specifications for tender exercise for key contracts and evaluate vendors performance
Plan and coordinate regular audit across all sectors to ensure that Standard Operating Procedures for AM Operations are followed and updated regularly to reflect latest requirements.
Advise site operations teams on technical issues, including problem solving, maintenance programs and vendor management.
Analyze data for EHS and sustainability
Ensure to achieve EHS targets
Maintain policy for ISO
Guide and work with site operations teams to plan annual CAPEX budgeting program across sectors.
Manage and execute assignments

Requirement:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Automation / Building Technology).
4 -5 years’ working experience in MCST / EHS
Experience in audit related to SOP and ISO
Conversant in strata title matters and Building Management and Strata Management Act.
