Location: North
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and coordinate adhoc project/renovation works and routine building minor works
- Prepare quotation via Schedule of Rates for any repairs or new works
- Attend to Fault calls for urgent works
- Attend to any meetings as arranged by superior
- Manage and monitor project works
- Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
- Work closely with Management to understand new and existing projects
- Any other works assigned by superior
Requirements
- Nitec / Diploma in Building and Construction Related
- Candidates without experience are welcomed to apply
- Possess problem solving capability.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
