Building Engineer (Facilities management / FSM / BCSS / $4K) RC

Salary $4K

Location:  East  / Simei / Tampines

Provide support in the maintenance of building/ property facilities management
Conduct day to day inspection activities/ checking building defects
Liaise and supervise contractors on rectification work
Provide recommend and Implement improvement works
Attend to feedback and services requested by the customer & internal stakeholders
Able to attend to work on weekends and after office hours when required.
Able to respond to urgent situations outside normal office hours on short notices

Requirements:

Nitec/ Higher Nitec or Diploma in Building/Estate Management or related field
Min 2 years relevant working experience
Fire Safety Manager Certificate or Supervise Construction Work for WSH (BCSS) will be an added advantage
