In-charge of building facilities management matters
Involved to manage high rise building
Oversee the daily operation
Attend management meetings
Involving in administrative matters
Control of the building management matters
Perform routine building maintenance works
Involved in cyclical maintenance works, improvement works
Requirements
Degree in Building / Facilities / Engineering
With 5 years of experience
Managing of estate or commercial buildings
With FSM
