Location: West
Responsibilities
- Performs coordination with subcontractors and supervision works according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.
- Responsible for ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of work progress.
- Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Ensure safety compliance, quality control of materials/equipment on site.
- Supervising and instructing painting or coating teams as well as subcontractors.
- Liaise with stakeholders and carry out inspections with RE & RTO or Main Con representatives.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Analysing drawings to ensure that coating application projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Recommending changes to operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma in M&E or relevant/equivalent field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Singapore building and construction safety regulations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
