BIM MODELLER EXECUTIVE ($3000-$3700/AWS/VB)ref: BT

$3700 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate project drawings and BIM models in accordance with project standard and architect’s instructions using AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit and Naviswork
• Update drawings and BIM models in accordance with statutory requirements and BIM design and document Control procedures
• Produce and co-ordinate production of BIM models and drawings at all stages of the project to hit project timeline and milestones
• Check and review drawings and BIM models before submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standard and authority requirements
• Make submissions to authority and ensure all forms, drawings and BIM models are submitted correctly and in a timely manner under the supervision of senior technical staff
• Liaise with authority on submission matters with minimal supervision of senior technical staff
• Prepare reports as required by management
• Maintain proper inventory control

Requirements

• NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in Technical Detailing and Drawing is a plus.
• Flexible and proactive attitude.
