BIM MODELLER ($3000-$4500/AWS/VB)ref: JK

$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining 3D/2D models using BIM software particularly Autodesk Revit
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other members of the design, compliance, and construction team, ensuring the models are accurate and meet project requirements and using the models to identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase.
• Use BIM to support build ability and constructability reviews, quantity take-offs, cost estimating, facility management operation during the building cycle.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across different BIM models including AI plug-ins and disciplines and stay current on updates and advancement in BIM technology.
• Prepare architectural and civil structural shop drawings based on as-built drawings and submit them promptly.
• Ensure that all drawings comply with project specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project teams on drawing amendments and updates.
• Assist with documentation for record-keeping and submission related to BIM processes.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture and above or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in AutoCad and Revit (BIM) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
