Location: West
Responsibilities
- Work in Project Team to develop and document Project BIM-Model according to Company standards and processes
- Responsible for the CAD drafting and modelling of electrical system using Bentley’s Microstation / OpenBuilding / Naviswork software and/or Autodesk Revit.
- Drafting of M&E (piping, HVAC, sanitation / plumbing system / power plant layouts) may also be required.
- Create and modify existing engineering design and models
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors and project team members
- Ensure drawing and design meet projects / tenders deadline
- Coordinate with Clients and Consultants on design, construction and submission aspects of projects
- Preparation, coordination and modification of M&E drawings for tender and submission to Authorities and consultants
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of CAD / Autotodesk Revit / Microstation / OpenBuilding softwares is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
