Location: West
Responsibilities
- To construct 3D BIM models and prepare drawings for submission to BIM Manager and consultant using the BIM software.
- Update the 3D model according to the latest information provided and ensure the accuracy of shop drawings.
- Generate 2D drawing, PID tagging, documentation, and As-Built BIM and detailing submission.
- Conduct BIM co-ordination with other disciplines such as clash detection, etc.
- Build-up, update, and enhance BIM objects, families, and other related templates for the Company.
- Develop virtual mock-up for modular design.
- Prepare BIM models and/or drawings for tender, including quantity take-off measurement.
- Assist the coordinators and BIM Manager on design and drafting matters.
Requirements
- Diploma in Architecture/Engineering/ Construction or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Auto-cad and BIM 3D Modelling is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
