BIM Modeler (ARCHI / M&E / Structural / $5K – $7K / AWS / VB) RC

• Prepare and update Revit model, 2D & 3D shop and as-built drawings
• Coordinate with external design consultants and contractors on design development and construction drawings
• Knowledge of MEP/ Archi / Structural  systems coordination
• Deliver visuals and shop drawings to support construction works
• Assist in drawing production direct from the 3D Model ,for CCSM
• Review design and fabrication models and drawings
• Use of BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability and as built models

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering
• Specialist BIM related Diploma from BCA
• Experience in  BIM coordination in the construction industry with competencies in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD
