BIM MANAGER ($5000-$7000/AWS/VB)ref: JK

$7K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the project’s BIM/VDC/IDD strategy and related digital systems, which includes the generation, revision, visualization, analytical and collaborative use of BIM
• Lead a team of BIM coordinators/modellers for all disciplines
• Establish and implement BIM Execution Plan
• Maintain BIM standards and be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of BIM processes for all disciplines
• Manage and enforce quality control/assurance, and BIM documentation for adherence to established standards and guides Adhering to the latest industry standards
• Work with stakeholders and project team to identify and resolve technical issues in BIM modelling and coordination
• Engage project team members to innovate and leverage advanced digital/BIM tools and methodology
• Conduct training and assist project members on the use of BIM software

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, Building or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Naviswork and Civil 3D is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
