- Produce BIM Drawings/drafting documents for one or more services.
- Model Management and administration
- Coordinating with professional staff on reviewing models and comments
- BIM modelling using Revit.
- Checking of M&E Shop-drawing.
- Knowledge of Combined Services Drawings
- Updating Shop-drawing List.
- Supporting Project Team on Shop-drawing Submission.
- Able to prepare BOM base on BIM
- Any other related tasksRequirements:
- BIM modelling experience with relevant software
- At least 3 years working experience in the drafting of engineering works
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction industry
