Responsibilities
- Ensure prices, job description and parts are charged accurately into vehicle repair orders before closing
- Validate the accuracy of costing / warranty claims submitted.
- Check supplier’s and contractor’s bills for costing and subsequent payment.
- Ensure necessary and prompt actions are taken on vehicle repair orders with outstanding issues to avoid long aging days
- Ensure photos on car defect(s) to seek approval from respective BMW department before carrying out warranty submission.
- Ensure correct operation and defect code for warranty submission.
- Monitor technical campaigns and other new car warranty claims has been carried out orderly before car delivery
Requirements
- Nitec/Higher Nitec in Office Skills
- At least 3 years in Motor Vehicle industry or warehouse logistic
- Must be meticulous in costing, billing and accounting
- Computer literate
