AV Engineer ($3K – $4K / AWS / VB) RC

Full Time All January 20, 2022 Audio Visual Engineering

Salary Range: $3K – $4K

Permanent Role

Perform onsite fault diagnosis and coordinate and liaise with product suppliers to resolve technical product issues related to video conferencing and audio-visual integrated solutions
Perform offsite fault diagnosis

Prepare preventive maintenance checklist prior to onsite visit
Undertake reliable scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective actions on customers’ equipment
Submit accurate and detailed service forms and preventive maintenance checklists
Escalate technical issues; approach internal specialists for technical advice when needed

Requirements:

Diploma in audio-visual or information technology or Engineering in the electronics or electrical fields
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Experience in audio products (e.g. mixer, speaker systems, audio processing)
Knowledge of basic programming
