Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) of all relevant Automation systems (BMS, EMS, Historian, DCS, MES, LIMS etc)
- First point of contact as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned Automation Systems related subjects in the supported business function.
- Contribute to the definition and incorporation of Good Manufacturing Practise in a manufacturing environment including the creation of Standard Operating Procedures capitalizing on computerized systems.
- Configuration and programming experience, CMs, EMs, Unit Classes, Recipes, Controllers and Graphics
- Ensure a seamless data flow through all integration points with hierarchies of system connectivity within all computerized systems.
- Troubleshoot automation related issues in manufacturing operations.
- Experience in sites for NC, CAPA, Root cause analysis and automation Change Control Management.
- Participate and actively support the Digitalization initiatives involving system integration, validation methods and optimization of the manufacturing process.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with design, development, coding and testing of DCS system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
