AUTOMATION ENGINEER ($5000-$7200/AWS/VB)ref: SA

$7200 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) and the troubleshooting/ investigation support of plant Manufacturing Control System in Wet and Dry Process, Dry
• Blending and Packaging Areas in compliance with the Site Safety and GMP procedures.
• Responsible to support any system projects being executed internally or by vendors.
• Manage and lead contractor, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance works.
• Lead in continuous improvement efforts/ projects and responsible for support and execution of automation qualification such as FAT, SAT, Commissioning, Validation, CCA, VCR, IQ, etc.
• Responsible for developing Standard Operating Procedures, implementing of maintenance program for the Manufacturing Control Systems.
• Maintain proper inventory control
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering Degree majoring in Electrical, Control & Instrumentation, Chemical or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical/ Food/ Petrochemical/ Chemical Plant or Automation industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
