Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, validate, and document electrical circuits for robotic applications (including power cabling, wiring, etc.)
- Interface Robotics Controller (PC-based) with components, which may require writing and debugging custom device drivers
- Design, install and modify electrical panels
- Design, develop and maintain PLC programs
- Periodically maintain electrical systems with predictive and preventive measures
- Perform primary and secondary modifications in robot systems
- Perform risk assessment for robot systems based on ISO Standards and create action plan to minimize the risk
- Investigate based on project requirements necessary devices to robot systems, procure and install (safety interlock switches, relays, power/control interlocking systems, interlock keys, light barriers, sensors etc.)
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of industrial plant / System Integration (SI) experience
- Knowledge of PLC programming
- Knowledge of maintenance techniques for industrial equipment and robots is a plus.
