Location: West
Responsibilities
- To provide technical support including installation, termination, troubleshooting, testing & commissioning and maintenance of various AV equipment.
- To provide after sales technical support to customers.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both hardware and software, related to audio visual equipment.
- Respond to service calls related to AV equipment breakdowns.
- Provide on-site basic training to end-user for installed AV systems.
- To provide technical advice and support to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Audio Visual Engineering is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
