There are 2 roles available: Asst. Technical Manager, Commissioning and Asst. Technical Manager, Post Sales
Responsibilities
Asst. Technical Manager, Commissioning:
- To lead and manage the commissioning team and manage resources and assign engineers to project
- To oversee the team’s progress and training and submit regular reports to the management
- Ensure the safe storage and inventory of equipment
- Perform duties on location including liaising with Stakeholders and Clients
- Any other taskings to ensure project success
Asst. Technical Manager, Post Sales:
- To lead and manage the Post-Sales team including the Customer Service Centre
- Manage resources and assign engineers to fault tickets and/or Preventive measure jobs
- Oversee maintenance fault tickets and ensure tickets are closed and submit regular reports to the management
- To ensure quotation to customers as necessary
Requirements
- Degree in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual
- At least 5 years’ experience in the audio-visual industry
- Must be proficient in AV control system programming (Crestron/ AMX) or Prosound
- Possess leadership abilities
- Excellent understanding of commercial Audio-Visual solutions
