Location: West
Responsibilities
- Prepare trend charts from SCADA for all Out of Compliance / Specs incidents
- Prepare log sheets for daily logging and develop a system to file them.
- Understand the facilities operations and know the operating systems well so that they can isolate the system or start up the system appropriately. The systems include Electrical, Mechanical, DI, Compressor, chiller, Cooling tower Chemical, Gas, Life Safety, Fire, & Control systems.
- Building maintenance and housekeeping of Facilities areas.
- Assist the Facilities Engineers to implement Engineering changes.
- Monitor the SCADA and respond appropriately. Perform daily logging sitewide.
- Assist Facilities Engineer to do Preventive Maintenance of systems, resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Follow up on all shift pass down activities to ensure that issues are closed, and corrective actions are implemented effectively.
Requirements
- Diploma with at least 2 years relevant experience in Facility Operations
- Good team player with pleasant personality
- Able to work outdoor during system troubleshooting.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
