Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Renewal of service contracts for the department according to procurement process.
- Prepare all tender and contract documents and technical specifications to ensure that operational and contractual requirements are met and that financial guidelines are complied with.
- Preparation of Sourcing of Bids for the calling of quotations / tenders and facilitate the quotation / tender evaluation and adjudication process including the preparation of quotation / tender adjudication approval papers.
- Preparation of Wavier of Competition approval for the engagement of specialist contractors / suppliers including the preparation of WOC approval paper.
- Briefing of tender to potential vendors, including logistic arrangement and attendance.
- Prepare letters of award, compile contract documentations upon approval.
- Ensure that term contracts are renewed at least 6 to 8 month before contract expiry or before the exhaustion of fund for the contract, whichever comes first and awarded the contract at least 1 month before the expiry of the contract.
- Collation and dissemination of term contractor assessments.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ working experience in the related fields of contract management in procurement or facilities management.
- Strong in managing own works and following up with issues.
- Familiar with Microsoft suite of services.
