Associate Engineer ($3000/AWS/VB)ref: MT – Career Edge Asia Pte Ltd

$2600+ AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: South

Responsibilities

To set up and monitor manufacturing equipment during operation.
To operate manufacturing equipment and apply Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety Practices.
To monitor equipment data using Industry 4.0 elements and seek out process improvement opportunities.
To respond to emergency situation related to Production.
To perform daily inspection and, if required, repair of manufacturing equipment.
To perform regular preventive maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment.
To perform troubleshooting of equipment issues and any special setup procedures.
Prepare operating procedures of new equipment, evaluation and improvement plans of existing equipment.

Requirements

Fresh NTC/ITC/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical/Advanced Manufacturing are welcome.
Able to understand machinery automation with electrical, servo, sensor, pneumatic system.
Able to read mechanical/electrical drawings and perform trouble shooting.
Excellent written and oral communication.
