Various Position (Assistant / Technical Engineer / Manager)

Various Location!

Develop structured planning, monitoring, and resolution of technical issues
Investigate, diagnoses, liaise, negotiate and report on product failures
Provide technical support (M&E infrastructures Services in Data Center)
To attend meetings with key customers, lead and moderate the meetings and follow up
Train distributors on product support department staff
Attend to issues locally or overseas
Track no failures with key customers & all critical field failures

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical /Electrical engineering or IT related
Min 1 or 3 years experience depends on the Position.
Knowledge on AutoCAD / Advantage: Certificate of PMI
Advantages: Experience in Thermal Scanning of UPS or Electric Board
