Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Hospitality’s sustainability strategies and ESG policies in key focus areas (Community, Environment and People).
- Collaborate and explore with external stakeholders and service providers/vendors on suitable sustainable solutions, and be involved in the project management (from conceptualization and design, to vendor evaluation and selection requirements, budget negotiation and project completion/delivery timelines).
- Assist in field operations engagement and driving sustainability best practices and initiatives to meet internationally sustainable standards and recognized awards.
- Collate and liaise with stakeholders on data and information collection for the annual sustainability report, dashboards, external reporting requirements, and other materials
- Monitor and share on international ESG trends, emerging technology solutions and regulatory frameworks/requirements that will impact the organization.
- Engage closely with internal team and external marketing agencies on communication strategies and articulating the value and impact of the organisation’s sustainability initiatives.
- Represent the company in external stakeholder forums related to sustainability.
- Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
Requirements
- Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in sustainable marketing and/or sustainable solutions project
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
