Ensure Company’s policies and guidelines are strictly adhered to by the sales team
Review and improve showroom to enhance retail experience
Lead and manage the sales team in achieving optimal sales results
Strategize and look out for tender, fleet opportunities
Recommend and implement action plans for the team to achieve profitable closure and exceed
sales targets
Compile and analyse market data and develop business plan and strategies to achieve sales
objectives
Prepare and submit periodic sales reports
Requirements:
Minimum Degree qualifications with at least 2 years of sales management experience in the
area of vehicle retail and fleet sales
Proven track record in automobile sales
Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
