$5200 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Liaise with leasing team on the handing over and taking over of retail and office units including preparation of documents/keys and units to be handover and takeover
- Conduct briefing with tenants and their consultant/contractor on design requirements upon confirmation of tenancy for the units
- Work closely with building and M&E team to review tenants’ design, both architectural and M&E
- Main liaison for tenant’s fit-out and reinstatement work during design, fit-out period and completion
- Ensure contractors submit all the required documents, deposit and PTW before commencement of works
- Conduct regular checks on site ensuring the works are in compliance and there is no illegal work activates
- Co-ordinate with M&E team on the required testing or inspection to be carried out during tenant’s fit-out and reinstatement work
- Process all account opening and closing of electricity and water
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Building or Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Commercial Buildings is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
