Location: South
Responsibilities
- Design, build and install solar energy systems;
- Onsite planning and managing of installation teams;
- Project Management, including effective cost, time and quality control, manpower planning, Material Take Off & etc;
- Overall project schedule and expertise to meet project objectives and deliverables;
- Involve in negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers with commercial personnel where necessary;
- Liaise with clients and consultants on project requirements and attending meetings;
- Complete assigned projects on schedule and within budget;
- Identify any potential safety risks within projects and putting in place strategies to mitigate any risks;
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years as Project Manager in construction industry, Solar Energy industry and must have experience in M&E
- Completed medium sized projects from start to finish
- Previous project experience in relevant fields e.g. construction projects, etc.
