Responsibilities
- Responsible to meet and deliver all commercial aspects of the account and with the support of a multifunctional Customer Focus Team (CFT) coordinate the delivery of products and services, aligned to the expectation of the client.
- Focus in benefit realization, adherence to contract agreements and manage scope creep to maintain expected/quoted financial performance while minimize risks and maximize opportunities.
- Coordinates the development and implementation of Global Account strategies and projects through the CFT.
- Manage customer relationship on a site basis and will act as the key escalation point for all product programs, projects and operational performance issues.
- Main contact for the customer, Quote lead, design center Team (Internal/External)
- Management of NPI program activities, CFT to ensure meeting NPI expectation.
- Work with internal team to support activities in quote process launched by quote system
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in similar capacity
- Good understanding on New Product Introduction and Ramp-Up activity
- Excellent analytical and communication skill
