ASSISTANT MANUFACTURING ENGINEER ($3000-$4000/AWS/VB)ref: YL

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and lead manufacturing teams covering the module and platform assembly process and any mechanical build-up of the product.
• Generate comprehensive MFG DFM documentation for your area; ensuring products can be designed with a clear understanding of what is most manufacturable.
• Define and drive the adoption of high-quality and high efficiency manufacturing processes.
• Drive process development to meet product, quality and cost requirements together with engineering team.
• Monitor all manufacturing data for your area, and drive projects for continuous improvement.
• Drive solutions that are globally aligned when appropriate, understanding the product mix at the specific manufacturing sites.
• Organize trouble shooting on major problems encountered or quality issues related to reliability and implement process changes and improvements where necessary.
• Lead in problem solving of customer complaint and support manufacturing in the problem-solving corrective action and closure of complaints from customer.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in production /manufacturing /environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
