Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and motivate IT staff to ensure the overall Department’s strategic objectives and targets are achieved
- Responsible and Accountable for the successful completion of all New IT Projects, with regular project status update meetings
- Lead new IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services with contracted third-party vendors
- Responsible in managing all New IT Projects in meeting tendered or agreed requirements and specifications, within allocated budget and mutually agreed timelines
- Assist in gathering, analyzing the business requirement pertaining to any project initiation activities for new projects
- Responsible to facilitate the UAT exercise with users and third-party vendors for sign-off before actual deployment
- Establish partnership with the business owner to understand and improve the business process attributes that contribute to a positive internal customer experience
- Continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen internal customer relationships
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experienced in Application Development work exposure and Cyber Security Infrastructure Deployment exposure is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
