Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Oversees all compliance/regulatory aspects of business operations of the real estate manager and respective funds domiciled in Singapore across finance, tax, accounting, and audit functions.
- Works closely with senior management to provide advisory support on corporate transactions such as bridge financing, deal closures, exits, and restructuring
- Undertake to review of corporate documentation including but not limited to legal agreements, resolutions, financials, tax returns, and MAS lodgements
- Oversee banking relationships and treasury management of bridge facilities
- Oversee relationships with external accountants, auditors, corporate secretarial service providers, and fund administrators on various corporate matters
- Review and provide oversight on compliance policies and procedures
- Keep up to date with regulatory changes and provide advice to the business
- Handle new initiatives and projects to constantly strive to improve the compliance team and the work undertaken
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- Compliance experience in private equity firm preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
