Location: West
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all warehouse personnel
- Ensure the corrective actions identified in warehouse inspection and accident/non-conformance investigation are affective and implemented in a timely manner
- Identified and promote new technologies and work methods which can be applied to streamline warehousing activities and reduce operational costs
- Plan warehouse resources and activities to meet daily operational need
- Established SWPs and Procedures to ensure optimum warehousing performance
- Ensure relevant HR procedures are followed (appraisals, discipline, grievances etc.) as well as both WSHA and MOM regulatory requirements are met
- Formalized and document work processes to meet quality requirements
- Established stock count processes
Requirements
- Decide responsibilities and authorities of personnel under his charge.
- Approve Monthly Stock Count Report
- Review all aspects of HSEQ procedures, risk assessment registers and processes
- Any other authorizations in order to fulfil the requirements of the role
