Assistant Logistics Manager ( $3200-$4200/AWS/VB )

$4200 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Assist Logistics Manager in managing daily operations for both Transport & Warehouse department and meeting respective KPI
• Identify changes that may be required to improve processes, procedures to support the strategic objective of the company
• Implement best practices and procedures. Establish and monitor KPI on deliveries and inventory accuracy
• Prepare and present monthly expense meeting with the management. Able to roll out multiple project / initiatives simultaneously
• Address operational issues and concerns in timely fashion
• Follow up & ensure all assets are proper maintain, document & up-to-date
• Assists in interviewing, recruiting, training and performance evaluation on staff
• Generate Operational Reports for management as needed. Data analysis, review & implement cost saving on both Transport & Warehouse

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or others
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in operational management
• Possess Class 4 License & able to hands on
• Knowledge in cold chain logistics is an advantage
