Location: North
Responsibilities
- Assisting the GM with planning and implementing HR, technology related and marketing strategies.
- Overseeing the entire Marketing department of the company and to solidify brand image and impression .
- Monitoring progress across multiple departments to ensure objectives and actionables are met within deadlines
- Assisting the GM with projects and initiatives through managing the deadlines and proper execution of work.
- Monitoring deadlines assigned to other staff members.
- Assist the GM and outlet crews to open outlets as and when needed.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with management, staff, and external parties.
- Assisting the GM to establish and enforce budgets, timelines, and metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or Finance related or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the F&B or Marketing industry
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
