Location: North
Responsibilities
- Manage technicians and contractors to perform Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for Plant mechanical and ACMV system
- Advise, lead, analyze and determine root cause with the technical investigation for rectification works
- Manage upgrading and projects to ensure project schedules and budgets are met. Works closely with project lead on project progress and complies with regulatory and technical requirements
- Co-ordinate with various plant departments when an operation is affected
- Responsible for plant environment and safety guidelines based on regulatory requirements
- Manage and ensure sufficient critical spares inventory for all mechanical and ACMV system
- Regulate and ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works
- Standby duties as and when required for A&A or rectification works
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline;
- At least 5 years’ experience in facility maintenance.
- Excellent technical competencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
