Location: West
Responsibilities
- Responsible for plant facility & equipment preventive & corrective maintenance program
- Ensure continuous operation of the facility with good preventive maintenance practice and critical spare parts inventory
- Attend and rectify alarm/ fault triggered by Building Management System (BMS) on ACMV and facilities equipment
- Support and attend facility breakdown or critical issues
- Drive continuous improvement programs to reduce cost and improve efficiency to meet company goals and objectives
- Actively source, using cost effective practices, maintenance contracts and spare part procurements.
- Overseeing contractors’ performance in accordance with contractual work scope and timeline of completion
- Overseeing all facility equipment safety regulations and ensure it meet MOM safety requirement
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronic Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in dealing with HVAC, Air Compressor, Boiler, BMS, Sterilizer, Electrical Control is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
