$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Manage daily onsite operations at a fixed location
- Organise, plan and assign monthly work duties to team members
- Maintain high consistency of work methods and work quality delivered by the team
- Troubleshoot technical issues relating to ACMV/HVAC systems and carry out the necessary repair works within the committed timeframe
- Execute and refine the maintenance regime of ACMV equipment to ensure that it meets contractual obligations
- Conduct skills training to improve team competencies
- Attend discussions and meetings with building management and tenants
- Prepare proposals/quotations and reports as required
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/ACMV Engineering
- 5 years experience in a HVAC related field
- Experience in HVAC operations is a plus
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
